DELIVERIES OF ORDERS WILL BE MADE BETWEEN

• 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Sunday through Saturday. Excluding public holidays,

DELIVERY TIMELINE

WE WILL DELIVER YOUR ORDERS WITH IN 4 TO 6 WORKING DAYS

The delivery of the goods requires a signature. If you are unable to sign for your delivery in person, kindly suggest a different person, such as a relative, workmate, neighbour, etc. 

Cosmic is not liable for damage that occurs after delivery; nonetheless,

Cosmic accepts no responsibility for items signed by a different individual.

• Please contact Customer Care within 7 business days of order delivery if you have any problems about your order.
• Depending on the goods, packaging, size, volume, kind, and other factors, shipping and handling costs may change. Customers are informed of the shipping and handling costs at the time of checkout and can prepare their purchases accordingly.

In the event that your COD order has not been delivered due to your non availability, our delivery partner will make three attempts to reach out to you to deliver the order. However, if the order remains undelivered even after 3 attempts have been made, the order will be canceled and returned to the origin. 

As our valued Customer, if you refuse to accept the delivery of a ‘COD’ order more than twice, you would unfortunately not be eligible to place ‘COD’ for any future orders and can choose to place only prepaid orders on the website.

SHIPPING CHARGES

For India Orders:

• We ship products throughout India. The shipping rates vary according to the total cart value as follows:

  For prepaid orders:

  1. Below Rs. 499 – Rs. 50 is charged
  2. Above Rs. 499, we have free shipping

  For COD orders:
  Below Rs. 3,000 – Rs. 100 is charged for shipping.

We do not accept COD orders above Rs. 3,000.

• A COD order will not be allowed to be opened before the payment has been made and duly acknowledged by the respective Logistics partner at the time of the delivery.

For International Orders:

• We ship to all nations worldwide.
• Depending on the shipping location, shipping and handling costs change. After providing the shipping address for your order, you will see the final shipping and handling costs during checkout.
• All overseas orders may be subject to local taxes in the destination nation, which the client must pay locally.
