Kalonji oil is extracted from Nigella sativa seeds or Black seeds are also known as black caraway, black cumin, and black onion seeds, and has been used in traditional medicine for over 2,000 years due to its many therapeutic benefits. How to use
How to use
WELLNESS: Add a quarter spoon of Kalonji oil to a cup of black tea or hot water and drink it on empty stomach to bring down the levels of blood sugar and controls inflammation.
SKIN:  Apply few drops directly or mix with vegetable oil as a thin layer on the skin. Let it dry for 15 minutes and wash with plain water. Do it at least twice a week to prevent acne and for smoother skin.
HAIR: Massage your scalp for 5-7 minutes and then wear a shower cap. Leave the oil in your hair for 1-2 hours. Wash your hair with a mild organic shampoo. You can also apply 2 drops of kalonji oil as a hair growth serum after pat-drying your hair with a soft towel.
MASSAGE: Just warm the oil and massage it over the entire body. Wait at least 20 minutes before showering it off.
BATH: Add a few drops of Kalonji oil to the water while taking a bath for extra soft, smooth feel.
